Hello wonderful people! Alex here. I made some really good apple and blueberry muffins that I want to share the recipe for. I have also used this recipe for raspberry or pear muffins too. Really, just use whatever ripe fruit you have on hand and it will probably be good. These have a delicious sugary topping that makes them so much better. How to step up your Ramen Noodles

Hey everyone! It's Alex here to discuss the very important topic of ramen noodles. I don't know about you, but I absolutely love instant ramen. In times of quarantine, I will admit to making ramen for dinner. However, there are ways to upgrade your ramen that will make it so much better! To make this beef ramen, I dumped out some of the extra water before adding the seasoning. I also added some baby bok choy to cook with the noodles (spinach would also work fine) and topped it off with some sriracha sweet chili sauce. Just the addition of a veggie and a hot sauce goes a long way! One of my friends swears by shrimp ramen with a melted slice of American cheese on top. I have searched the depths of the internet to find more ideas on how to step up your ramen.... Add a scoop of peanut butter for a delicious peanut flavor. Add sesame oil and sesame seeds. Add beef to your beef ramen, chicken to your chicken ramen, etc....

Easy Blackberry Turnovers

Hello RLA People! Today I am sharing a quick and easy blackberry turnover recipe. I have also tried doing these with raspberries or strawberries. It works just the same, so use whatever you have on hand! These are basically grown up toaster strudels! Don't stress if you don't fold the dough perfectly or if it opens up in the oven. A few from my first batch did that and they still taste just as wonderful. Ingredients: 2, 6oz packages of blackberries 1/4 cup white sugar 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp corn starch (I didn't have any so I used flour and it worked fine) 1 sheet of purchased puff pastry, thawed to package directions (find in the frozen desserts section) 1 egg yolk 1 tbsp water 1/2 cup confectioners sugar 1 tbsp milk Directions: Preheat oven to 400 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
